Product Manager: Building products that thrive, not just survive, in an ever-changing world.
So, What exactly do Product Managers do? ( Chill and Drink Coffee 🤣, just kidding ), Product Managers have a certain responsibility to do:
Vision & Strategy:
Identifying client needs and market prospects.Set the product vision and roadmap.
Define and prioritize features.
Define success metrics.
Cross-functional leadership:
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers.
Communicate the vision and roadmap.
Set expectations and manage tasks.
Promote effective collaboration.
Product Development:
Plan and oversee the development process.
Monitor progress and resolve barriers.
Conduct user research and get feedback.
Iterate based on facts and feedback.
Analysis and Measurement:
Define critical performance indicators.
Collect and analyze data to assess performance.
Identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Communicate the results to stakeholders.
This will help the Organization from the Business & Operation perspective.
